German Attack on Sovjet Union. Video clip from three testimonies

For the soviet witnesses from the online archive "Forced Labor 1939-1945", June 22, 1941, meant the beginning of occupation, terror and forced labor. To commemorate the 70th anniversary, a short video at www.zwangsarbeit-archiv.de presents three individual experiences of this day and its consequences (in Russian with German subtitles).

On the anniversary, Juni 22, 2011, the exhibition "Forced Labor. The Germans, the Forced Laborers and the War" has been opened in Moscow, showing more interview excerpts from the online archive.
