"Forced Labor 1939-1945" commemorates the more than twenty million people who were forced to work for Nazi Germany. Nearly 600 former forced laborers from 26 countries tell their life stories in detailed audio and video interviews.
On this website you can find background informations, short films, interviews with experts and educational offers to forced labor and oral history.
In the online archive after registering you can search for complete interviews and listen to them. To each interview there are transcripts, translations, photos, and further material. The interviews are available in 25 languages and accessible through "Zwangsarbeit 1939-1945" (german) and "Принудительный труд 1939-1945" (russian).
