Project Presentation at Israeli-German Expert Meeting

At this bilateral seminar (24/25 november 2010) on pedagogical work with testimonies the educational material of "Forced Labor 1939-1945" and "Zeugen der Shoah".

The expert meeting organized by the foundation "Remembrance, Responsibility and Future" had the title "Video Testimonies – Using Interviews with Survivors of National Socialist Persecution in Historical Education Theoretical Approaches, Methods and Concepts for a Didactics of Oral Remembrance in Israel and Germany".  

During the two-day forum four institutions from both countries presented their educational approaches in working with testimonies with survivors of the Holocaust and forced labor. The exchange on aims, methods and theoretical backgrounds was very fruitful.
